"The reception people especially Kana is super good seevice, understand English and very helpful. Satou was rude in the beginning. I paid via Hotel. Com under my name. The following day my daughter coming for 10 days and Satou wanted me to pay the bill when my daughter is still arriving the next day. We all booked via Hotel com . Satou was mad when i said my daughter will pay when she arrives. Well the whole cleaning ladies Anna Marie and other filipinas clean so well. Eberything is spic and span. Food fantastic."

"A beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and the location is fantastic. We are excited when we discovered the underground walkways that attached to the hotel. It is close to the station and other things to see. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wonderful. It had a big variety, there was something for everyone. We will stay here again!"
