rooms were really clean and the beds super comfy. Complimentary beer and snacks was great. Found it really quiet and a great family sized room. Accidentally went to the wrong hotel to start with so be carefully your grab takes you to the right hotel.

When I booked, I requested a side-by-side room and a connecting room, and as expected, I got a side-by-side room and a connecting room. Furthermore, I was upgraded from a city view room to a river view room, and from the room window.

We stayed at the Alagon for 2 nights in the imperial heritage suite. What a stay! Large, comfortable room in the heart of Ben Thanh. Close walk to the markets and delicious stalls and street food in the surrounds.The staff working here were absolutely beautiful and helpful. Always happy.
The buffet breakfast was amazing, free airport transfer and the free foot massage was a lovely perk. We will 100% stay here again when we return and would highly recommend to other travellers.

The hotel is located in a great location near the markets and many other tourist destinations in a walkable distance.
The staff were some of the best I have experienced with always being willing to assist. An example was lending an umbrella when I first arrived and it had started pouring.
There is a good selection of Vietnamese meals to try at the restaurant.
