"This hotel is among the very best. We had a sumptuous time at the Lotte with special thank you to Ms Candy. Our room was spacious and immaculate, the service was impeccable, the pool was divine, the fitness centre very useful and every single staff member made us feel welcome. This is a luxurious stay and we highly recommend it. Thank you also to Ms Pinky and Ms Korean Butterfly. We enjoyed a fantastic burger at the hotel restaurant. We loved taking the executive package and having access to the executive lounge which is well worth it. We are already planning another stay at the Lotte!"

"Great location and excellent service. It was my birthday and the hotel went way and beyond and surprised me with a birthday goodie with a nice card wishing a great stay and birthday wishes.
