「Nice property to stay」

「This place is beautiful the grounds are amazing the pool is amazing and was a great host would recommend it to anyone couldn’t say a bad word about it stayed aug 26」

「In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient.」

「This is NOT a traditional hotel. You have to coordinate check-in with an individual host to using 3rd-party communication apps. Worse, although I specifically booked The Opera Residences, the host moved us to a complete different building across the street upon arrival. We were forced to drag our luggages through a construction zone to the new location. Also, the security staff at Opera Residence are rude and unhelpful as we were trying to figure out how to check-in. This place is NOT...

「Very nice and helpful staff. The room was small but all amenities and assistance was excellent. I have booked in for my last night in HCMC, when I return.」

「The apartment and description differs significantly from the listed. It clearly says 2 king beds and the truth is the second bed is much smaller and the room is tight (can't open a suitcase on the floor). The bathroom shows bathtub and there wasn't any. The photos show a beautiful balcony view and indeed faces completely another bulding. The listing mentions swimming pool but they won't grant access to the pool. The apartment is poorly equiped and not entirely clean, you should expect hair from...

「I rented 2 units, each was 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One of the 2 units smelled like someone had been smoking in the unit and wasn't as clean.」
