「Nice small hotel that is quiet at night. There are pharmacies, laundry and groceries within a small area from the hotel and a restaurant next door. 」

「Great value for your money! The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, very sweet and great with communication. The area is safe and convenient, and taxis / Grab can pick you up right in front if you need to go to District 1 or anywhere. The rooms are clean, both shower and AC works just fine !! 」

「The room is situated right with the bathroom area totally separate from the living area. I had a balcony and used it on ocassion to watch the traffic below. There is some traffic noise at night however this is Vietnam in the GovVap area and quite busy. There are two grocery stores just around the corner and numerous restaurants. 」

「There was a bit of an issue checking it with my Expedia reservation and a manager (or someone other than the front desk staff) had to step in. Once cleared up, had no other negative experience there. The lobby has some amazing wood work that looked like it should be in a museum it was so amazing. The hotel is a bit off the main street which made things easier to walk out and in so that was a plus and nicely welcome. I would stay there again given the chance.」

「Very clean and staff friendly too」

「Staircase to first landing where ther is an elevator. Watch your step as there is a killer lip at the footing of the elevator. I tripped on it on each floor and sustained an injury to my right arm as I fell into the elevator. The bed is hard as a rock. The floor might be a better choice. I had booked for 3 nights. I left halfway through the first night. It was non cancelable but I didn’t care. I’d had enough. 」

「Property is old and outdated. The head board was faded and looked dusty. When I stepped into the bathtub, it felt like it was going to crack. It didn't feel stable. Also, there was no hand soap or hand towel to use. The mini fridge turned off when you leave the room with yiur card so it did not keep anything cold. On a positive note, staff were quick to respond when we needed more towels or cleaning.」

「The area is safe but the terrible mattress feels way overused and in serious need of replacement. The bedsheets had too much stained on them. This hotel is in serious need of updating. 」
