This hotel was beautiful! It was so clean, which was a pleasant surprise for me as I get icky very easily thanks to potential OCD. I felt comfortable enough walking barefoot all over the room. The interior design of the room was gorgeous and fresh. It was small, but they managed to make it cost and clean. Our room didn't have an external window, which I was worried about initially. But it didn't end up being an issue at all, although, we only stayed there for a night. The location of the hotel was ideal - lots of great restaurants nearby and a short waking distance from the main street area. We had a drink at their rooftop bar, which was so pretty. It was also chilled and had the pool located there. The pool was tiny, but it was very pretty at night time. The staff were so kind and helpful. I'd love to stay here again when I revisit Saigon!

Location is everything and this hotel is walkable to almost all the places you want to see as a tourist. Excellent breakfast buffet where you can request barista-made coffee, decent afternoon tea. Staffs are friendly and welcoming and aims to pleased. The only small negative thing is the room is quite close together, you can literally hear the next room's occupant coughs or talks. Every door-closing sounds like slamming due to how insulated-thin the walls are. But on the plus side, no need for alarm since you would hear the sounds and noises during breakfast time anyhow.

Very modern hotel done up to a fantastic standard with all the modern requirements for a very good hotel. Great location. The afternoon tea the only disappointment - it’s a buffet of patisseries and sandwiches which in a 36 degree heat is not great.

Room was good and all aspects of the hotel worked nicely. Stuff is helpful. There are several items that were frustrating. 1. Toilet in my room didn't flush properly or at all. After a complaint the maintenance guy was quick to address the problem. However, I would need to use hotel's public toilets which worked better. I don't know if the issue is general or just the room I was staying but this is a big problem. 2.The pool at the top floor is an “accident waiting to happen”. The floor is very slippery and it is very dangerous to walk on it especially when exiting the pool. 3.Vietnam is famous for its coffee so to serve such pale, week morning drink is a blasphemy. It should say "brown water with the hint of coffee". I had to ask barista twice to make me a proper americano. I did tell them about it. I don't think they will care.

All around a great stay, the staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. The bar on the roof made terrible cocktails so I recommend just getting the beers and you'll be set as they are friendly. There was some other minor things like the staff telling us that the wine in the room was free and later I verified that it wasn't. Still there is a lot of places to walk around and explore around there and we had an awesome visit.

Probably the best location in Ho Chi Minh, 8 min walk to the huge market, 8 min walk to vincom mall or the other mall, right beside the hotel is an amazing massage place and also a pho restaurant, tons and tons of restaurants beside the hotel, circle K across the road, and a grocery store across the road which came in handy having a toddler with me I was able to buy fresh fruit and things I needed. In terms of the hotel very nice new and clean if I come to Ho Chi Minh again I would only stay at this hotel
