Thank you for the upgrade. Our room was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and laundry. We loved that there was a convenience store on site. The pool was ‘interesting’. Quite clinical and lacking in vibes. Some music would be an improvement. We did like that we could buy a beer at the convenience store and drink it on the pool loungers.

Good memories in Saigon

We love the spacious apartment. We could do laundry and cook if we liked. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We initially booked a transportation with them. We had to pay. However, the driver was at a different gate. So we had to get a “Grab” (a version of taxi/Uber). The staffs apologized and gave us a complementary ride back to the airport. We did not have to argue. They just offered. They were great.

Nach einem langen Flug sind wir um 10j bereits im Somerset angekommen und fühlten uns sofort herzlich willkommen. Die Wartezeit auf unser sehr geräumiges Appartement mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und zwei Badezimmern durften wir in einer gemütlichen Lounge mit Kinderspielzimmer verbringen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit die uns bei einem medizinischen Notfall vom Somerset-Team entgegengebracht wurde. Wir können Somerset Ascott nur jedem empfehlen der nach HCMC fliegt. Pool ist gross, Restaurant gut und der Anrainersupermarkt hat eine gute Auswahl.
