"As this wasn’t our first visit to Saigon we chose to stay in District 3 for a change. It’s quieter than District 1 but actually just as close to the sites, easier to get to & from the airport & still with so many delicious food options close by. The G8 Central Hotel or EMM was a great base & the staff were so friendly & helpful. They are having some floors renovated (March 2026) & to apologise for the noise (which wasn’t even that loud & certainly wasn’t at night) they offered us a room upgrade to a 2 bed/2 bath apartment with full kitchen. We also got a late check out to suit our flight schedule which was fantastic. We had a great stay. "

"Clean contemporary hotel a little off the beaten path. But still walkable to major attractions. Staff was friendly and kind. Pool area was very nice especially on a hot afternoon. Would definitely recommend."

"Clean room and really helpful staff. Would recommend staying here and would certainly come back. I couldn’t hear anything coming through the walls, so no complaints and hope that’s the same with all of them. TV was functional although if you’re watching the default channels, it does cut out here and there. I love the slippers from Mai House. Other hotels give ones with flat soles but these ones have a think sole so there’s cushioning. The gym was satisfactory, had everything I needed for most of my exercises. You won’t be able to lift heavy so you’ll need to be creative. Location wise, the war museum is only a few mins away with Ben Thanh Market around 20 mins. Found it easy to get around on foot and felt safe in the area. "
