Decent bed, sheets and towels. Didn’t love the check in. Really expensive due to the holiday weekend so I’m a little harsher than if it were a normal price. Breakfast was not great. Not bad but very uninspiring. Shuttle driver to the airport was excellent. Very nice Location is good with lots of shopping and eating options. Can walk to the domestic terminal. Shuttle only 5 minutes. I wouldn’t stay again unless the price was better but it was ok overall

8.2/10 Very Good! (11 reviews)
By Japanese standards, the stay was far from ideal. From absolute silence until the day and time of check in the email instructions came exactly at 3:01pm (check in is from 3pm). The email was also all in Japanese and we were told to Google translate ourselves. The apartment was small and cosy though a tad cramped, which was generally fine but it was not cleaned thoroughly too - there was an orange ear plug found left by the previous guest by the bed side.

"We had a great stay at Oriental. The hotel was well situated by Hakata station, close to transportation, shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the breakfast especially their burger. Although we found their rooms quite small, it was still ok compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Arigato, ..."
