"This hotel is really a wonderful hotel which attaches great importance to its guests' comfort. I stayed in this hotel two times during this trip, a 3-night stay before a side trip else where, and a two-night stay afterwards. The first time I stayed, I complained about the assignment of a Japanese-style room to me because I had difficulty in coping with the low bed and chairs therein. The management promptly offered to change the room for me. I didn't take the offer because I subsequently discovered that it was me who booked the Japanese-style room by mistake. However, to my delightful surprise, Ms Yu Haraga of the hotel took the initiative to email me before I checked in for my second stay. In the email, Ms Yu Haraga explained that the room I booked for my second stay was also a Japanese style room, and offered to change my room to a standard double room to ensure my comfort. I was really touched by the efforts the hotel made to meet my needs. I was even more impressed to see Ms Yu Haraga coming forward to greet me when I checked into the hotel again. She further assured me that I could approach them for assistance where necessary. With the warmth she and her team showed me, my stay in this hotel has been most memorable and comfortable. The hotel should be proud to have such dedicated staff who serve with heart and passion. I would surely stay in this hotel when I next visit Fukuoka. I would also highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fukuoka."

"位置超正，從福岡車站「15號出口」搭升降機上到地面，見到紅綠燈過馬路，拖着行李箱，走路不用1分鐘，就見到就店就在右邊。附近有24-hr便利店及Cafe，所以十分方便。而且四周有很多不同食肆，選擇也很多。福岡站四周的百貨公司、地下商店街的店舖林立，shopping 完返酒店也不用走太遠，讚👍。而酒店只會每三天會提供執房服務，期間如果需要執房的話就要另外俾錢，我覺得算是合理。像大部份日本酒店，牙刷、洗面用品等等都是在大堂自取。今次入住的是豪華雙床房，空間也十分闊落，打開兩個行李箱也有走路空間，算是不錯！整體滿意，會再次入住。"
