Location is perfect. Close to Hakata station, which is a destination in itself. Staff were helpful, and the hotel provided new towels, pajamas, sleepers, tissue and toothbrushes/toothpaste daily. The room is clean but our room was too small for two people. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Fantastic location, clean, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Good selection of tv channels and able to access you tube. Even though unable to adjust heating we were able to open the window

This hotel is super close to Fukuoka station which is very nice. I mistakenly booked a smoking room and the room smelled really bad, they were nice enough to change me to a different room the next day though.

Great staff

Almost everything about the hotel was great. The breakfast was a little weak, and two pillows would have been nice. Other than that, perfect. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job. Nice, clean hotel, close to the station, shopping and sites. Good room size, fit ne and my luggage and i wasn't tripping over things. Very comfortable stay. Laundry facilities were something special. Yeah, I really enjoyed my stay here.
