The room was small and old, but very clean. It was nice to have a bathtub. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to have a Korean staff member.

Great location

The room is small but comfortable. There is a choice to use the washing machine and the dryer either with coins or via the app, this provided the convenience of using a credit card for payment. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The hotel location is near the subway, malls, Uniqlo and fast foods.

Overall, this was a good value hotel. It is extremely convenient to Tenjin-area attractions and public transportation. The staff are kind and attentive. The rooms are on the small side but make efficient use of the space. The hotel seems to have an issue with humidity and ventilation, and we noticed some smell and mold around the edges in the bathroom. They did provide a dehumidifier in the room which helped but took away precious floor space. All in all, it was good value but some things could be improved.

Visible used slipper

The room is quite small with twins bed. Difficult to open two suitcases at the same time. I found a slipper under the bed which is visible so I doubt the cleanness of the room. BTW overall the hotel looks new and modern.

The pillowcase is yellow and some stains were found on the comforter. Dust accumulates on the air conditioner. The dust is visible, full and thick. Air purifier provided is better. The staff is kind but limited in english proficiency in communication. We requested to help book taxi to the airport. Finally, she didn't help us to make phone call to taxi when we are back.
