The staff was absolutely phenomenal about answering any questions we had. The hotel and rooms were so clean. We ate breakfast every morning and the buffet had a wide variety of foods and was spotless. Highly recommend!

The location is a bit far from Centre. We stayed there becoz it is closed to the marina world and park. There’s a 24 hours supermarket nearby and free parking. The room is new, spacious. Hotel breakfast on 1/F, buffet style, lots of various fresh foods provided

it takes about 18 minutes from the airport to the 358 Rosa by Taxi. We booked a room for 4 persons that it was good to stay together in a room. However, it would be convenient for those who drives to the hotel. To going Fukuoka, you may take taxi, or a bus #29 at yen 510.-

The hotel is up to Japanese standards in terms of cleanliness, services and hospitality. However, the location is not good for visiting Fukuoka, being very far from the center and taxis being very expensive. There isn’t much in the bay, particular as the hotel overlooks the cargo area. The gym is ver small, but there is a small park nearby for those who like running.

This was the first of four hotels we stayed at in Fukuoka, and easily the best in value. Catching the buses and trains from the airport was a bit tricky, but once there, the service, room (Modern Japanese was wonderful), dining and hot bath was excellent. If our other three hotels had not already been paid for we would have cancelled and stayed at The 358 Sora for the entire week long vacation. Highlights of our stay were the great service during the breakfast buffet, the Hoshi private bath for only 3,000yen/hour, the lounge on the 11th floor with an open bar of coffee, tea and cold drinks, the Island’s Eye community, and the bird’s eye view of the impressive industrial operations on the island. There’s a little shopping center a minute’s walk from the hotel with eateries, hair salon, grocery store, craft/dollar store which we spent a day at. It was our first and favorite stay in Fukuoka. Arigatou!

Absolutely the best stay

Absolutely wonderful stay. Great value for the room, service, and amenities you receive. Bathhouse on the 10th floor is amazing and super clean. Only thing is distance from the city, but it is rather nice that way and free parking makes it worthwhile. Thank you for a great stay.
