Really enjoyed our one-night stay here! It was very comfortable and the onsen was lovely. The carpark is very conveniently right outside of the building and there was a convenience store right across the road. Would love to return!

Superb staff

The staff, are excellent , kind and courteous . My car broke down and they really helped me out . The hotel is lovely, clean and modern . Breakfast is good . You do need a car to stay here as it’s a little isolated with not much around . The staff however are amazing . Nice public bath, laundry .

Not emptying trash bin

We put the signage on the door requesting clean towels and for the trash bin to be emptied. However, they only leave clean towels outside the room and do not empty the bin. This has happened in both of our rooms, so I believe it is not an accidental oversight.

初めての利用でした。口コミ通り朝食は品数も和洋豊富でとても美味しく満足でした。館内の大浴場入口のラウンジには無料で頂けるコーヒーやちょっとしたお菓子があり、自由に利用出来るのもよかったです。女性用アメニティはチェックイン時に頂けました。ただ、それぞれ１回分のみだったので朝夕と使えるように2回分セットだったらもっと嬉しかったです。 しかし全体的にはとても快適に利用出来たのでまた利用したいと思いました。
