Pros: Location. It is 3-5 minutes to closest train station. On the way to the train station, there is a 24hr Donki. Also, the Ichiran ramen headquarter is also 5 minutes walk. One of the famous seafood restaurants is on the other side of the bridge. Convenient store is just downstairs. We stayed in the river view room and the view was great and the room was spacious. Cons: no staff. For people who would prefer onsite staff. This might be a bit inconvenient. However, the location is totally making up for it.

酒店位置超方便，好近屋台食肆及好多便利店。亦都好近中州川端站，只需要三至5分鐘就到酒店。酒店嘅位置去博多或者去天神都好近，只需要步行15至20分鐘就到。酒店方面清潔一般，亦都好多塵埃響架上，廁所浴室清潔OK。床舖一般，毛巾算乾淨。超多插頭去到邊度，都可以插到電。

チェックインタブレットが毎回2台、使えない状態なので16時に行列ができている。 ログイン画面になってしまったら、チェックインに使えない状態になるのか！？であれば、ログインパスワードなどの情報をおいておくべきかと。

ホテルと名乗ってはいるがほぼカプセルホテル。 スタッフがいない、WEBでのチェックインアウトは良しとするが、清掃など手抜き。 また、朝6時から清掃でうるさい。 カプセルホテル並みに隣の音、廊下の音は丸聞こえ。 もちろん、外からの喧騒もストレートで眠れない。

2명이 이용하기에는 조금 좁았지만 신혼부부라 그래서 더 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 가성비로 가기 넘 좋고 위치 넘 만족했구요 텐진이랑 하카타 이동하기좋아요 돈키호테랑 이치란도 5분이면 가고 편의점도 종류별로 근처에 다 있어요 다음에도 이용할 의향이 있습니당

We have a young child with us. We arrived around noon and the staff informed us our room was not ready. Then we checked again around 2pm and again same answer. Finally we tried to check in at 3:55pm and the staff told us no early check in. Why didn’t they tell us that the first time around? Then at 4pm there was a long line of people waiting to check in and since it’s self check in, it took a long time for us to get checked in. The air-conditioner was not working, we had to call to get resetted. There is no room service at all during our 4-day visit. The fridge is stuffed full of non complementary beverages which leave no room for our food.
