The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the waiters and waitress were always greeting with friendly smiles. The location is convenient with some walking to MTR, but they have shuttle bus service that helps a lot. We highly recommend Dorsett hotel in Wan Chi.

The room was clean but was missed being cleaned on a couple of days. The location was great as it was close to the tram line and a good walk to the Wanchai train station (MTR). Having the hotel Bus shuttle was really fantastic as it provided all day access to a number of drop off points on Hong Kong Island.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Kane Ng and his staff. We have stayed several times over the last 15 years and they never disappoint with their hospitality and friendly service. The only thing I would say is about the breakfast which could have more western food options, other than that the hotel was excellent
