「We came here after our original booking elsewhere were unacceptable. The front desk was super respectful, efficient, and helpful. We were in a king suite and it was perfect for our short stay. My only complaint was the living area, with the sleeper sofa, was a bit warmer than the inside room but that was okay. We were on the second floor which is easily accessed by stairs or the elevator. There is a really pretty terrace upstairs with a "pool." This probably shouldnt be advertised as such but it...

「Gorgeous building and decor. Very quiet for the area while still close to all the bars and restaurants. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. The room was beautiful but no place to hang clothes. We also wanted to have breakfast on our last day but there was no one around unfortunately. We did request housekeeping which was great. Would still stay here again and recommend! 」

「We needed a place to rest for one night and this was perfect! We checked in and walked to the bars around it, and had so much fun! Definitely a place to stay for few if you're looking into enjoying the festivities and surroundings of El Viejo San Juan. I loved it!」

「Our room was lovely, although there were no windows. We asked for a late check out and for a few dollars we were told to take our time and they would notify housekeeping. They also gave us a place to store our luggage while we toured the city before boarding our ship (we were there a day early for our cruse).」
