As for the smell of weed, I never smelled it in the hotel, but it was every where outside as we walked to different locations. Our room"

"The hotel was just ok. The front desk was not helpful at all during check in. It took us a while to figure out the pool was in the rooftop. The elevators are super slow and always crowded. The first night I found a toothpick in my bed and asked them to change the sheets in my room. When we got back from exploring the room was still not done at 4pm."
