"My only negative was the buffet breakfast. Two mornings we came down and had to wait 10-20 for a table even though many were open. (And we had this included with our rate). They just didn’t have someone to clean them. Not ideal when you have a trip planned and need to be done and leave the hotel soon."

"Our stay at Hacienda Del Mar was amazing!!!!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beachfront property in Puerto Rico. It was beautiful, quiet, well maintained, and not crowded. The staff was great, the food was good and the rooms were beautiful. The only thing missing was a spa--would have loved to have gotten a massage while we were there. Being able to walk out of the hotel and be right on the beach was the best!!"

"The staff is amazing well most of them, the valet, the excellent, doormen excellent, my new friend at check in the guy with the long hair, such a professional and kind guy. GIVE HIM A RAISE!
