The room had a great view; however, the floor was very slippery. I reported it to the front desk and they immediately took care of it. The property is close to restaurants and historical places.

About what you would expect from a budget hotel-- lacking in amenties, rooms and hotel broadly were not well kept. But beautiful views, friendly staff, and nice location.

The rooms were clean, but the furniture inside the rooms needs improvement. For example, one of the roller blinds was broken, with a large hole that allowed daylight to come in from outside. In addition, the bed sheet was slightly stained; it looked like it had bleach marks. The design of the rooms is also very outdated, especially the lamps. I believe thicker sheets should be provided, as the ones available are very thin and it gets cold in the room even when the air conditioning is turned off. Additionally, I do not think it is appropriate to charge $150 upfront as a depoLas habitaciones estaban limpias, pero deben mejorar los muebles dentro de las habitaciones. Por ejemplo, una de las cortinas enrollables estaba rota, con un gran agujero por donde entraba la claridad del día desde afuera. Además, la sábana estaba un poco manchada; parecía tener marcas de cloro. También el diseño de las habitaciones es muy antiguo, especialmente las lámparas. Pienso que deberían colocar sábanas más gruesas para poder abrigarse, ya que las que tienen son muy finas y hace frío en la habitación, incluso cuando se apaga el aire acondicionado. Por otro lado, no considero apropiado que se cobren $150 por adelantado como depósito por posibles daños en la habitación. Entiendo la intención, pero pienso que sería más razonable esperar a verificar el estado de la habitación al finalizar la estadía y, en caso de que haya algún daño, entonces tomar la decisión de realizar el cobro correspondiente.

The continental breakfast didn’t have anything; they always say it's finished. The front desk staff was very rude. They made a mistake and never admitted it or tried to make accommodations to fix the error. When I requested to speak to a manager, they never provided one; instead, they called security staff to come and resolve the issue, which is a front desk problem, not a security issue.

What was presented was not delivered. Between the mold everywhere, dampness of the room with moisture in the rug-television losing satellite signal every 35mins it wasnt the greatest. The hotel needs to be revamped and thoroughly renovated the damage from the storms have played a tremendous impact on it & they should put health & safety over profit.

This property is bad in all sense of experiences . Website is not clear of all things that are normal at a good hotel. The check in office is not well signed between the buildings, They don’t mention the $21 daily parking fee which is very odd, since your traveling . The rooms are old , misty of stains, torn curtains. They don’t offer any blankets or extra pillows. Everything is we are out of things. This experience ruin my vacation time. The front desk does not assist or answer the phones. You should investigate to avoid these things for other travelers. This was an awful experience and will never stay here in any way. I will be filing a complaint!

Great little gem in the heart of Puerto Rico! They're still building up, so lacking ammenities, but if you want a cute clean hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms for a good price-- this is the spot for you!

Carpet, floor and grout were dirty. Top sheet and blanket were missing from bed. No maid service, continental breakfast was sparse but attendant was doing the best with what was available. Location was good but some what noisy from nearby airport. Did not measure up to reviews. But a nice friendly staff.

The 2 good things about this hotel - the beautiful view of the ocean which we enjoyed on our room's balcony, and the continental breakfast where we were able to eat outside on a 4th floor patio. Coffee was really good there. Problems - beds didn't have a top sheet, just a lightweight blanket. And the rooms were too cold - the thermostats didn't work in at least 2 of the 3 rooms we rented for family. I don't like to waste energy, so I didn't want to open the balcony door to warm the room up with the air conditioning blazing. We asked for and received extra blankets after the first night, but they ran out of extras the second night when more family arrived. I also was told on the phone that they had cribs, but they didn't. We also had been told that they would try to put us next to or near each other. I understand that that may be difficult, but I sensed that they didn't try very hard, and we ended up on 3 different floors. Parking was a bit of a walk in a nearby parking garage, but the garage was well lit and felt safe. I also understand parking is difficult in older areas of a city so we dealt with that. 2 restaurants on the plaza that the hotel was on were casual and really good - El Taller and Carube (sp?). When we asked for an extra blanket, staff brought it up quickly and that person seemed attentive. Next time, I will try to find a hotel nearby this one as the ocean view was wonderful, but a different hotel that could be more accommodating (and had warm blankets)!
