We really enjoyed our stay, we thought the staff was excellent! I did have to carry 90 pounds worth of luggage up four sets of stairs and it was quite a workout. I would just recommend to be aware that the hotel does not have an elevator system and you will have to carry luggage upstairs.

Okay so positives. The staff completely makes This hotel the best. Everyone was super helpful and nice. “D” (don’t want to post her name) works the night shift and she was such an amazing person. Very informative about the area and overall we learned so much from chatting with her. The hotel always smelled VERY clean. GREATTT location. Open bar was a plus because you need it to not think about the negatives of the hotel, which are… the room we had was scary, bed hard, just a small corner with a bed and dresser, outlets coming off the wall, balcony has no upkeep, rooftop has so much potential but no one ever cleans up there and you can tell. There is no elevator which we don’t know until the night before check-in and if we would’ve cancelled, we would’ve gotten charged! The owner needs to kiss her staff and give them a raise because they are the only reason this hotel is still running smoothly.

I would say this feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The best part is its central location in Old San Juan. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for restaurants and parking lots. The complimentary drinks at the bar and rooftop are nice perks. The lobby is nice. However, our room was disappointing and left much to be desired. It was interior (standard) room so it’s only windows opened into the hallway. The room was dark with yellow, flickering lights. The mini fridge sits directly on the floor. The towels were very worn and a discomforting grayish color. The floors felt and looked unclean. The rooftop views were lovely but the seating felt half hazard and in disrepair. There were leaks in the hallways. I think this hotel has a lot of potential but would benefit from some updates and cleaning.

Cool building, good location to go see the “Old Town” and the staff were great. The beds were not very comfortable and with the property being right by several bars and tends to be loud at night even during the week.

Our stay was absolutely excellent from start to finish! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing experience. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Christian—he went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. I had to wait until 4pm to get my room but when I was able to I found it still not made up from the last guest which should not happen. They got it cleaned asap and gave me a discount for the issue. Yes the bar was a good perk.

The staff was amazing! Open bar for all guests! If you have a car, you will need to find a 24 hour garage or street parking which can be difficult depending on the time of day. We would totally come back though. Walking distance to everything in old San Juan!!
