Room was good, cleaning was spotless however the bidet was broke (from the mainland we don’t use it) however because it’s broke my kids tried it and it flooded the bathroom, couldn’t be the first time due to the visible water damage on the door.
The place is severely over sold, the pool is tiny. Not big enough for a family to swim, kids yes, adults no.
It’s also really hard to park, the ramp is small and Parking spots are limited, and TINY AS IN CANT OPEN UR DOORS.
Dogs barking constantly upstairs
Got a call at midnight asking to move OUR CAR CAUSE SOMEONE IN A TRUCK DECIDED TO TRY AND PARK.
Cleaning staff was amazing.
Food was EXPENSIVE, cheaper to DoorDash and same quality.
It’s not that bad just needs to inform everyone of the actual quality of what they are getting.
