Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but due to how busy the hotel was, we were asked to wait and come back later. We didn’t end up getting into our room until around 6:30–7:00 PM, which was a bit frustrating after traveling. That said, the hotel itself was clean and the room was decent overall. One issue we ran into was the shower door. It didn’t seal properly, so water would leak out and leave the bathroom floor soaking wet after each use. The highlight of the stay was definitely the location. It’s in a great spot and made getting around very convenient. Overall, a decent stay with some minor inconveniences, but the delayed check-in and bathroom issue are worth noting.

The hotel was amazing. I loved my room, i didnt realize id have a cute little balcony watching over the cruise ships in the distance! What i loved most was Mindy! She was amazing. I needed something printed out and a came down at like 9:40pm. First off Mindy remembered my name, i was so surprised. Then her printer wasnt working, but she did everything necessary to make sure i got my paperwork. She ended up having to go to the hotel across the street to get their email and print it over there. I appreciate her so much for that. And this all took place right before she was suppose to clock out i felt so bad. But she got it done!! Love you Mindy <3 ill definitely be back to this hotel

Didn’t get in the pool or Jacuzzi. The front desk workers were very helpful. If you arrive early before your check in time don’t expect to get a room until original time. You can drop your luggage at the hotel and go to the beach or whatever until your room is ready. They do have lounge chairs, umbrellas at the beach. The beds were hard and our bathroom smelled like sewerage. Not sure what it was or what was happening. Did see some workers doing something but whatever it was it didn’t fix the smell that was coming out the shower. The facility was overall clean and the breakfast was good.

The Pool was okay a little dirty one thing I didn’t like about the hotel there was no microwave in our room. But everything else was great. I booked this hotel through Expedia stated it was breakfast included, but it’s not we had to pay but they do give you a $25 card and you pay the difference.

The pool/hot tub was enjoyable. However, the location of the pool surrounded by all the high-rise buildings only allowed for a few hours of sunshine daily. The staff were amazing, especially Mindy and Alana. They helped me out tremendously above and beyond. The hotel was under remodeling which made it inconvenient and noisy at times. They did provide me with another room which offered me much more quietness and peace! The onsite restaurant lacked in a few areas. The menu was limited and certain items were not available more than once. However, they were generous with a $25 daily voucher that could be applied to your food purchase, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a very accommodating and pleasant vacation experience. Thank you Abitta!!

The pictures were definitely generous. It was fine, but the air conditioner was really loud and really cold so it would kick on loudly, and ice the room out basically every few minutes. There was no in between. Also, during a rain storm, we wanted to relax in the room and wait out the storm, but there was really loud construction going on basically right next door. It was impossible to relax. On top of that, basically every night, drunk kids would run down the hallways. Some of the outlets didn’t work and the fixtures were hanging off the wall. We had a “city view” which meant our balcony was over an alley, above a dumpster and we could hear the loud disposal of heavy trash bags being thrown into those dumpsters at night when we weren’t hearing drunk people yelling at each other on neighboring balconies. It just wasn’t what I was expecting for the price. The staff was absolutely lovely and it was very clean, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel staff was very accommodating to any concerns or needs I had. My television did not work my entire day and my humidifier kept going out. When I made them aware of this issue, they fixed it. My room also had mold in it, and they were able to clean the room. I also found my balcony door very hard to use so I wasn’t able to enjoy that. The location is convenient because there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Upon your arrival at this hotel, you learn that you have a $25 credit to be used at their on site restaurant. they also are very close to the beach and at that beach you will have access to beach umbrellas and chairs. I love that their pool area was open very early until 11 PM. I found the dinner staff to be very friendly however, the morning and lunch staff were a bit off putting . I attempted to get lunch before the restaurant closed and was told they were no longer operating for service at 1:15 when it closes at 2! It also suggested to sit at the bar rather than a table since I was solo or come back another time. I was definitely charged for a filet mignon and received another steak cut. The other food and my nights I ate dinner there were very good! One of the waiters very friendly ( a bald man) suggested a book store to me in the area that I could visit and always welcomed customers every night with a smile! The morning crew had a young gentleman with a ponytail and glasses he was also very warm and welcoming to customers.

Our check in process was really disorganized. At times, some of the staff members were rude. I really didn’t want to write the review because overall the staff members were really nice and helpful but one in particular not so much. I give that staff member grace too because, it was obvious that the person was having a rough moment. The check-in line was long and full of frustrated patrons. The property itself was okay. The restaurant food was delicious. The location was great and very walkable. Overall, it was a good value.

Our accommodations were located in room 502, and upon arrival, it was evident that the bathroom shower had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our occupancy, as remnants of old conditioner and soap scum were visible on the shower door. Furthermore, the shower head appeared to have been neglected for an extended period, possibly exceeding a month. The door consistently stuck when attempting to open and close it. The room would greatly benefit from a fresh coat of paint. It is worth noting that Mindy and the other staff members we interacted with were exceptionally friendly. However, the restaurant's pricing was excessive in relation to the menu offerings, although the kitchen staff were very friendly. Overall, I would not consider returning until the hotel undergoes comprehensive updates. Nevertheless, I must reiterate that the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
