「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.」

「We were initially staying at another hotel which was a horrible experience, so we decided to move to this one. When I called the hotel I spoke English and the lady kept hanging the phone call. After the third attempt, I spoke Spanish and she took my call. Other than the front desk lady the hotel is really clean and does not get humid like the others. I highly recommend the hotel.」

「The bathroom was not up to par. There was no tile or rug on the floor. They provided a mini sink thar I could barely use. The shower did not have any water pressure. The best thing was the comfortable bed. The check in instructions were confusing. I did not know what door to go to. I didn't have a remote for the tv and no one responded about it. If you need a quick stay for an upcoming flight its only 10 mins from SJU.」

「My room was paid for half deposit and my card wouldn’t go through when I got there so they wouldn’t let me get it the first night. I have to go get Kash to finish paying for the room. Only they did at night. He didn’t let me in for the room when I pay for the first three nights.」

「My stay was okay. We were mainly in the hotel to shower, dress, and sleep. The only amenity we used was the pool, there’s not much amenities to access. The WiFi didn’t work. The restaurant staff on the rooftop were way more helpful. Someone walked into our room without knocking then claimed she’s the supervisor. I could had been in the nude. That was very unprofessional, I wouldn’t stay here again .」
