「Front desk staff was wonderful at check in and throughout our one night stay. Open bar was also a really nice amenity. I was able to find parking for our rental car a couple of blocks away so parking was not a problem for us. I expected the family room (think it’s called deluxe) to have a little more privacy and separation based on the photos, but it wasn’t a big issue since we were only there one night. 「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」
