「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump.」

「Check in process was easy other than the fact that your check in information was hidden with your deposit information. It wasn’t sent separately. My stay was a little disappointing because I was promised a few amenities that weren’t in my room. I booked the standard room, same as my friends but my room looked nothing like theirs. I think the hotel was under renovation which was fine, but I should’ve been discounted because what was promised was not given. False advertisement. 」
