Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.

Best place to stay for the price. Staff was very helpful and kind. $5 daily parking down the road even on weekends. My wife was feeling a bit under the weather last day and they were kind enough to extend our check out an hour. Highly recommend!

Very modern looking and feel inside. Its close to everything downtown including bars, restaurants and coffee shops. (Don’t expect any beautiful views out the windows though, its surrounded by other buildings)

Staff was friendly but def inexperienced which are just growing pains so not a big deal. The hotel just needs a bit more staffing that is a bit experienced until new staff gets comfortable. The Hotel itself is beautiful and updated. All was clean and neat. Great all around. Will def recommend.

Likes - excellent location, heart of old town. Room clean with basic amenties, Water dispenser on the floor. Dislikes - no hot water in the shower, placement of shower is right under your head with a tiny room, you ll end up watering your hair, each time.no shower caps provided. Basic like wine/ beer opener, cutlery doesnt exist. Over all, i didnt feel value for money paid

Super nice new hotel! We had a room without a window but we slept great! They include a “resort fee”. Not sure what that means but it was included in the price, which was super affordable for a nice place. All new tile and comfy bed. The location is awesome for old town San Juan

The Hotel was clean. My room had 0 windows. But it also was clean. The Hotel scams their patrons by adding an additional 38 dollars for up keep of old san Juan . Sometimes Hotel's add a resort fee for the pool towels and so forth. But this place had 0 amenities. It was just a basic room . I will never stay their again. These owners are scam artist. Expedia needs to block them from the site
