Hôtel bien situé pour visiter les lieux touristiques. Par contre, vous allez avoir du mal à dormir car très bruyant. Il n'y a pas de vitre aux fenêtres donc vous entendez les gens qui crient, des klaxons ainsi que la musique très forte.

This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Old San Juan. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you can store your bags at the front desk before/after check in/out. If you are looking for super luxury, this not for you however if you want a clean, safe property with a great staff that is convenient to everything...this is the place!

Beware, the basic rooms have NO WINDOWS! It’s not indicated in Wikipedia or in their web site. And to make matters worse, the ventilation broke in the middle of the night so we felt like we slept in a dark stuffy closet. We tried to find another hotel but everywhere else was sold out. I raised this to the hotel and their response is that I should have been more careful while booking.

No A/C Controls, booked hotel room with windows in picture, there were no windows in our room. You can hear everything at night, everytime a door slams it wakes you up. However it was very clean! Staff were really nice as well.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean. It's an older hotel with no frills. The washroom, however, need some TLC. The shower is very old and needs to be replaced along with updating the floor tile etc. The shower water was warm, not hot. But for a couple of days and the price, it worked.

The room was very clean and neat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No window in the room which was different for us. No closet just a hanging rack but all we needed for one night stay. Location very handy in Old Town, with good shopping and restaurants nearby.

I give this place a one star because the room is like a cave. It is clean but small, No window, all white walls, not even a single picture. There’s an uncomfortable patio set in the middle of the property. No place to lounge. Also no parking on the property. The only nice thing about this property is the location. It’s close to restaurants, bars and walking distance to the fort.

Very clean no frills hotel, perfectly situated to tour by foot old San Juan. Excellent and very helpful staff. Room was large with comfortable bed with minimal furniture. Would come again.

The hotel may be in a great location but if you want to sleep then it’s very bad. It is unbearably noisy. People screaming in the street all night and cars going by blasting music. Even with ear plugs and air pods it was still very bad. Other issues too but noise was worst ever.
