I had an amazing stay at Hotel Plaza De Armas Old San Juan in Puerto Rico! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Old San Juan and close to everything. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and full of charm, but what truly made the experience special was the excellent staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made me and my son feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

This was the second time we stayed here and it was great. Lovely location, super comfy bed. Only complaint is the shower never got hot and the placement of the shower head caused the whole bathrooms to get wet.
