「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Clever rooms, so very clean and inviting with snacks and coffee in the room. Pool was clean and staff and owner were very accommodating. 」

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「Great hotel with excellent location. But be aware that it is a boutique hotel. Only two small elevators for the whole hotel. You can hear everything in your room, your neighbors and everything going on outside. Walls are paper thin. But overall, good. 」

「This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet.」

「Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! 」

「Decent on the cost but that comes with lack of amenities and cleanliness. The rooms reminded me of a trailer, long and skinny, bed against the wall and a glass bathroom stall. The most unconventional setup I've ever seen. Rooms were dirty to the point of washing your feet before putting your shoes on. Coffee cups were tiny, it took a few days before we received wash cloths after asking, no real space for woman to get ready (counter space), upper 7th floor deck was not in great shape, we didn't...
