We had a pleasant one night stay at this hotel before catching an early flight. It was easy to check in, secure parking next door, and room was quiet and very spacious. Like others, we experienced low pressure and very little hot water. Easy walk to Old San Juan and at the right price point.

Idk about parking I didn’t get a rental car. But my stay was horrible. The shower water kept completely not even coming on when you call the desk they do nothing!! And they also have bedbugs. My entire body is bit up terribly from bedbugs from staying here!! I booked my stay for my birthday trip and this has been the most painful, uncomfortable and horrible experience I have ever encountered staying at a Hotel!! I am LIVIDDD!!!

TV did not work. Water on shower turned cold after 5 minutes every time we took showers, then water went out completely. Had to turn off and on again to turn hot, then it happens all over again.

The hotel looks great- funky and fresh design and furnishings. However a few things that were annoying - shower and water- continually had issues with this. Would vary from no pressure to no hot water- I didn't have a decent shower the whole time I was there - walls are paper thin and you can hear the entire conversation of your neighboring room - no lift means that it's a real struggle if your suitcase is heavy - it's a 5 min uber ride or 25min walk into old San Juan, so not in the heart of old San Juan as I thought it'd be They tried to fix the water issues but were unable to, and said that the water is government owned so hence not reliable. This isn't acceptable when you are paying a decent amount for a hotel room.

Check in was easy. The desk attendant was nice & a good communicator. When she asked for my card, she automatically explained that it would not be charged unless there was damage to the room, and no holds would be placed on it. She gave me a ground floor room, explaining that the stairs were quite tricky. The floors are part cement, which seemed hard to clean, so they were a tiny sticky/dirty, but the room had definitely been cleaned. They were neat though because the original tile was exposed in places. The couch was stained, but there was a little dining table so I didn't care. My room had a fridge/freezer which I needed, and a coffee maker! Temp was great. I turned AC off before bed and it remained cool all night/early the next day because the building is all cement w/ tall ceilings. There were good blackout curtains. The bed was comfortable, lighting was nice. Loft bed was neat, but I didn't use it. The pool is for lounging not swimming, but it was clean, and I enjoyed it a lot. There are little lounge beds to chill on by the pool that were cute. There used to be some sort of outdoor bar, but it wasn't open/finished. It would've been neat, but I was there at low season. Parking situation is rough. There is a nearby lot with an attendant, but it is not paved and there are several broken down cars, but my car was safe, and I felt safe. TLDR: Neighborhood has not been gentrified yet, so it is not for bougie people, but it's safe. I liked it and would stay again.

This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet.

Pros: Area is great, there is a bodega across the street and a must try food truck next door, 20 minute walk from escambron beach and old San Juan. Staff was mostly friendly. Pool is open 24 hrs. Parking lot is large and easily accessible. Cons: Incredibly limited in-room facilities, no microwave and no hair dryer. You have to walk half a block away to get into a building where you can use a microwave. Good luck getting a hot shower, on demand water heater rapidly changes from boiling hot water to ice cold. Bathroom door was missing a handle and you could see straight inside the bathroom from the outside. You need to text for house keeping, which would be fine but during our 5 day stay we asker for house keeping twice and they did not show up either time. We had to ask the front desk for trash bags to take out our trash ourselves, also asked for a broom which they refused to give us. Didn’t apologize for lack of housekeeping service. Key pad system to enter and lock room didn’t work properly.

This is NOT a LGBT property with more straight guests than gay. We were also told there was an issue that would prevent our room from being serviced for 3 days AND we were expected to take care of our own garbage yet we witnessed a number of rooms being cleaned....so not sure how that worked. The only positive experience was Vanessa - the amazing employee on Reception who checked us in. Find another option.

Property was beautiful and clean , some of the staff had attitude, I fell in there property and sprained my ankle and there was a worker in the utility room and saw me fall and he didn’t even ask to help me get up or if I needed medical attention, I went to the office and told them and they offered me ice , they didn’t even ask if I’m okay or again if I need it medical attention, and they gave me the wrong room I was supposed to get a city view and all I got was a parking lot view , and when I told them they told me it was my problem , my flight was leaving pretty late and I told them to accommodate me because they gave me the wrong room they made me pay for an extra night when I asked them for late check out …. Aisha she was one of the supervisors which was pretty nice to me and tried to accommodate me she tried calling the big office but they didn’t want to accommodate me for a late check out ….

This was a really great, relaxing place to stay. We stayed here for 4 days and the property was really clean, the room was really cool + modern. The pool and cabana area was a very chill and enjoyable. The staff were friendly. There is an awesome beach walking distance from here that we loved. We loved it here and would definitely come back. This place is a very good value for your money.

Great stay, room was very clean had an industrial vibe. Property was very nice overall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in the lot next to the property. Stayed two nights with my wife after returning to San Juan following a wedding over the weekend in Guanica.

Leaving our luggage in an unsecure, open room was less than ideal. Also, the area was very quiet and lacked restaurants. Because it was so quiet, it felt very unsafe at night. We couldn't find a restaurant close by where we could walk to it. The place was nice enough, but I would not stay here again.

So my first stay was friday 22-23 of Jan. That stay was nice and I decided to booked again since it was a lay over for my return home. Second stay not so nice! I appreciate being able to check in early and the location is good. However, I text staff several times about there being no hot water for the shower as well as, the wifi not connecting to the tv. There was no response, When i checked out I told the receptionist that I had text several times about the issue. She took a note, said someone would look into it and asked was there anything else she could help me with!
