「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「The Hotel was really cute. It is an artsy place and gives an authentic Puerto Rican vibe. The clerk was friendly and helpful in suggesting some places to eat at that hour, and he gave really thorough instructions on what to do if staying out past 11 pm for safety reasons. The hotel provided two hot tubs and a place to chill on the rooftop on both ends of the hallway. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was very attractive with its mosaic tile flooring. The only issue I...

「The place itself is fantastic! It is close to Old San Juan and all of its historical spots and landmarks. The hotel is clean, safe, and even luxurious for the price. A winebar/restaurant is next door, connected to the hotel for added convenience. The ONLY reason I do not give it 5 stars (for Reference, i stayed one night) is that the staff is not readily available at the front desk. However, they have a sign to reach them directly thru WhatsApp and they are very responsive when you send them...

「Staff was attentive and super kind. The only issue we had was the water pressure on our room would go in and out and the hot water took a while. We made it work and didn’t mind since the hotel was great overall.」
