「It was very nice and able to mingle with the locals 」

「Excellent communication for our middle of the night arrival. We arrived at 2am and the instructions we received were perfect for an easy entry. Room was small but clean and had everything we needed. Convenient location for our late night arrival before heading to the eastern part of the island the next day. Coffee shops and restaurants an easy walk away. 」

Management does seem to like it the place COLD, though - a bit of a shock when you enter the place. But as I say, the staff was excellent, and very helpful, especially when it came to checking in early.」

「Both young ladies on the day of our arrival. Very helpful in allowing us to check in early. One was very helpful in recommending restaurants to dine at. Room, amenities, pool are were excellent! Breathtaking view! 」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」
