This small (19 or 20 room) hotel is very nice and conveniently located. The communication before, during and after check in was outstanding. It's closer to a guesthouse or small inn but that was what we wanted. I'd definitely recommend staying here particularly if you want ready access to beaches. There are also a number of nice restaurants within just a few blocks.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a mostly residential neighborhood close to the beach and so many great restaurants! We also really enjoyed just relaxing by one of the pools. Staff was friendly and responsive. We were able to store our luggage in the office before check in and after check out.

Overall a nice location although a bit more run down than shown in pictures. Rooms were clean and if you’re on the back of the property quiet. We did have neighbors who partied until after midnight. And with no staff on property there was no one to help.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful with any needs that we had. The room was clean and spacious. We truly appreciated the remote for the AC unit. Also, the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were perfect!! The only small issue we had was that in the evening some of the guests were super noisy in the hallway. I don't know what can be done about that however- despite you telling people about quiet hours. Some people just disregarded it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and we will likely stay again.

We switched rooms the day after we got there as our friend was coming in that day and we needed a bigger room. They told us it would be two hours, but it was ten minutes. Beautiful place, two clean pools. Quiet, relaxing. No lobby, but office staff often there and very accomodating. For those who like a firm bed, the mattresses are a little squishy. We stayed for three days pre-cruise and would go back anytime. We are staying at a sister property when we get back. Excited about that as well.
