"Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Our main cleaning staff was phenomenal. I’m a stickler for details and they met all of them! Love this place will absolutely recommend it to anyone!!!"

"This property looks nothing like pics. The room furniture & carpet were worn. The mattress creaked & had no fluffiness or firmness at all. Awful. The AC was loud like wind blowing & wouldn’t turn off. Very annoying. The towels were dingy & worn & the shower glass was not wide enough to keep water from going all over the floor. There was no fan & small window in bathroom wouldn’t open. There was an odor in room like dog or sock smell. Went to included breakfast more than hour before cutoff & both coffees were empty and most of food had been picked over with no refill. Asked for quiet room & was put close to elevator & on 4th floor so could hear highway sounds all night. During night there were yelling people outside at pool i guess. Needless to say this stay was quite disappointing. Didn’t compare with Hotels.Com description at all. "

"Excellent central location to: Both forts, restaurant's, even Walgreens. Hotel clean & comfortable lounge area. The open bar was a nice bonus. Coffee is amazing. "

"Perfect location to explore Old San Juan. Elevators are small and usually there is a wait. King suites lovely but you hear a lot of noise at night from the square, including roosters and garbage trucks. Smaller room have no exterior windows—only a frosted one overlooking interior courtyard. You have to go out for any kind of breakfast selection but there is a nice cafe steps away. Restaurants in the hotel are very expensive, both for drinks and food. Plunge pool on the roof is hard to get in and out of."

"Property was clean, staff were friendly and the amenities on site were perfect. Were there the day before a cruise was well situated. 10-15 minutes from the pier and 10-15 to old san Juan "

"Pros- Room was clean. Ocean view side was amazing. Some restaurants options around. Cons- Parking is about 10-15 min walking over cobble stones and some stairs. The staff person when i checked in was not helpful. Will not give you an option to check in a few minutes later and then make you wait 15 because everyone is checking in at the same time and they only have one person in front. There’s no one answering the phone for help once you are in your room so you actually have to go to the counter. And no one answers the phone provided by on expedia website or google. "
