「This state was super comfortable, right in the center of old San Juan. The weekend we arrived it was super busy because there was a marathon going on but the front desk and the on-site bar was super accommodating and friendly. Smells real nice inside and super clean and modern. They are doing some work on the place but aside from that it was perfect.」

「EXCELLENT staff, and the QUIRKY nature of the place. The whole hotel was an homage to the film 'Casablanca' - amazing. Management does seem to like it the place COLD, though - a bit of a shock when you enter the place. But as I say, the staff was excellent, and very helpful, especially when it came to checking in early.」

「Excellent communication for our middle of the night arrival. We arrived at 2am and the instructions we received were perfect for an easy entry. Room was small but clean and had everything we needed. Convenient location for our late night arrival before heading to the eastern part of the island the next day. Coffee shops and restaurants an easy walk away. 」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」
