The hotel was immaculate and the staff was always attentive. The free breakfast is amazing. But for lunch or dinner it’s best to go next door to the sister hotel Abitta. You also get a discount there for staying at the Holiday Inn Express.

Staff is very friendly and nice. Breakfast is fantastic. Area around the hotel is very walkable, with everything near. Really great atmosphere around town. Would definitely visit again!

Room was tiny and so loud, due to the air conditioner. Some staff was nice, some were but. Valet parking was a night mare and I was charged an extra $50 a day for parking and “resort” fee. Worse “resort” I’ve ever been to.

The room was very clean. It was recently updated. Craftsman ship was fair but acceptable. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. There is not a beach view from the hotel. The beach is about 2 blocks away.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, kitchen staff was very friendly. I didn’t like that the hot tub did not work and when asked, I was told they would send somebody but nobody ever came. The elevators are tiny and they took awhile to come, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, close to a lot in San Juan, but felt very safe and the front desk staff was also very friendly,

Yes, the room was clean; however, it smelled very musty. The staff were very good; and, very helpful when needed. The breakfasts that were included were very much to our satisfaction. We enjoyed the location as it was within walking distance to restaurants, shops; and, any other amenities that we needed. Although, we didn’t use the beach, it was nice that it was within walking distance.
