The Sheraton Resort and Casino in Condado is my favorite hotel to stay at when I am visiting my beautiful Island. I love the hospitality, always a pleasant stay at this resort.

The Sheraton is indeed a flagship property in the T-Mobile District in San Juan. The staff is amazing and the hotel is beautiful. If the pool had more shade, I wouldn’t have left poolside 😎😎😎😎

I went a solo traveler and felt safe at all times. As a woman, it is important to feel safe coming to yoir room at all time. Room was clean and staff was very attentive and helpful.

I loved the location with TMobile district being a 2 min walk. The room was clean and kept up, the food was delicious and pool was gorgeous. But definitely pricey!
