Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.

The hotel was good the surrounding was beautiful there is just a lot of mosquito that can get inside the rooms but everything else was okay.

Rooms nice, updated and clean. Small beach but perfect for a quick dip or tanning. No coffee in rooms. No hot tub, nice pool. Staff was very nice restaurant upstairs had the best cheeseburger I have ever had. Would stay here again!

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. An overnight stay, restaurant on site, and transportation to the cruise port. We would definitely stay here again!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Man knocking on my door claiming he was maintenance at 11pm at night. No peephole on door to see to see who it was. I yelled through door we did not ask for maintenance. We did not feel safe. I told 3 different people who worked at property and left the next morning- no refund of nights I didn't stay. Each person I spoke to was indifferent about my concerns. I had 3 unauthorized charges of $100 on my debit card too after staying there . They took a photo copy of my card for payment. Bar on property so loud and not secure. We left and drove to Dorado to stay- skip this hotel and do the same if comfort and safety are your priorities
Door not secure enough for area and people have access to hotel area that may not be guests

Good clean quiet area right off the beach. It has microwave & small fridge. They are located between El Morro Bay and the Ocean. You can hear the waves at night if your room located in the back of the hotel near the pool area. Restaurant in the hotel has very good food, nice views of El Moro. It also has full bar, entertainment on Friday evening. Staff is very helpful. They have 24 hours front desk help.

Decent for a one night stay. No early check-in at all unfortunately. There is a covered open air area to wait with tables and chairs and a restaurant/bar on site. You can drop off your luggage but not a lot to do in the area. The room was relatively big and clean but found sand in sheets and in the shower. The best part was at least a free shuttle to the cruise port at 9:30 am. It’s the only shuttle offered to avoid traffic.

The rooms were nice but not enough parking spaces. Especially when there is a restaurant on top of the hotel rooms. Other than the parking issue, I would definitely go back.

I will start by saying the staff was as helpful as they could be with only understanding some of the English language. ( I need to learn Spanish) so that’s on me! The rest of the experience was appalling! From checking in and seeing a basket of condoms on a make shift desk posing as the front desk of the hotel. One can only imagine that this hotel is really a motel for people to come to and get “busy” if you know what I mean! The white room towels for showering were worn and stained. The door to the room was only secured by a push button lock. The sheets again worn and stained. “Don’t believe the hype” who ever photographed this place was a true artist!!! There is no real beach to walk or even sit on. The waves were crashing on the shore basically up to the entrance gate for what they call a beach! Lastly as a hotel you would expect to have breakfast at the onsite restaurant. Not so, due to the restaurant not opening till 11:30-12. That was what the staff told us. As far as walking to get something you would be hard pressed. This hotel/motel is tucked away in an industrial district! Again the photographer was a real artist! I am truly disappointed with Expedia for not doing their due diligence. Would love a full refund

Clean rooms. The restaurant and bar take up all the hotel parking in the afternoon/evenings so you have to park across the street in a dirt lot.
