The restaurant was not open during the time that we stayed. However, this boutique hotel was a lovely overnight stay prior to taking our cruise. Staff was very accomodating and helped us find local restaurants that we truly enjoyed.

This little hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Old San Juan and shops, restaurants and historic sites are just steps away. The rooftop lounges were neat and the hot tubs were clean and hot with great views of the city. Our room had a balcony over the street which was fun and picturesque. AC worked great. Would recommend, and would stay here again.

Nice decor and great location. Unfortunately the room had a terrible bed. Could not sleep due to a very uncomfortable mattress, flat & hard pillows and dozens of large aircon units on the rooftop opposite our room which were super noisy. Rooms are also extremly small. We had choosen a very pricey balcony room. Overall the stay was ok. However the value didn't match the rate the slightest. There are plenty of better quality hotels nearby which we will choose next time.

Pros: the staff was wonderful; the room was really big; beds were really comfy; we were able to leave our bags while we did some sightseeing; great location; AC worked very well; cool Casablanca design; the person at the front desk went out of her way to be sure we got a taxi during a very busy time Cons: floor was dirty and not good for going barefoot (your socks will get dirty) so suggest you bring flip flops or slippers; the doors to the hallway and bathroom are very noisy; there is no closet to hang clothing; there's no insulation so it's like those talking while passing the room are in the room with you; my daughter got up on the last day to a puddle of liquid that we couldn't figure out where it came from; there are no windows; I'm 5'3" and I could barely reach the top towel rack to get a towel down; the free water that they give you to refill your bottles tastes strange; difficult to figure out which way to turn the handle in the shower to get hot water because it takes so long to heat up.

We loved this hotel! It had such character and was so close to everything. The roof top terrace was such an added bonus and the views! The only thing that we would have liked is if there was some kind of breakfast offering. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great but the rooms had some minor issues. Air conditioner is noisy and the rooms on the top floor have problems with water leaking from the ceiling when it rains (which is often). Size of the rooms was also relatively small. But the location is great and you can walk to every place you want to go.
