「The location is good. However, we were disappointed in several things. The floor was filthy. The coffee pot did not work. The kitchen had only a few things. There was no soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We had to go and purchase these. The furniture was dirty, some even had stains. The one good thing, the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. 」

However, the room was very small—too tight for even two carry-ons—and lacked a nightstand for charging devices. Most disappointing were the curtains on the main door, which were visibly dirty and "nasty." Great spot for the area, but the cleanliness and layout need work.」

「Noisy, granola bars with coffee for the price of this hotel was shameful. The common area was sparce-patio tables and a few unbrellas indoors. Too much traffic, construction, loud people but I guess that's what you get for staying in the center of Old San Juan. Will not recommend this property to anyone who wishes a decent nights sleep. Very disappointing for the end of a good trip.Should have expected and done more research. 」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Work in progress, this hotel is being renovated but is old and noisy with masked musty smells. The window in our room was filthy to the point that you could hardly see through it. We were woken up by lobby noise every hour or so all night.」
