「The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were left stranded with no where to go when our flight was cancelled due to the winter blizzard in NYC. This hotel was perfect for a clean, spacious “family style” room that slept two adults and 4 teenagers comfortably. Cute pool, comfortable beds, hot water, fridge, dressers, table and the most adorable kitty that our kids loved to feed and snuggle with. 」

「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. I arrived late at night and took a shower, and it was killer cold the water. Not use to that. I always use this hotel when I travel thru San Juan and that is the only downside to the stay. 」
