「The front desk staff at this hotel are very rude and unhelpful. One woman in particular was dismissive and rude constantly. I was appalled by the way they treat their guests. The housekeeping staff came at 2-5pm everyday which was inconvenient because I would be in my room some of those times and they wouldn’t clean the room with us in there even if we said we were leaving in 20 minutes and they could come back. The elevators worked TERRIBLY. You had to wait probably 7-10 minutes every time...

「Room would not cool. Water seeped out of shower into hallway. Called maintenance and they could not fix it.」

「The hotel gives boho Tulum style, the pool was small and didn’t seem like it was cleaned daily. The room was also small, the shower was tricky to adjust water temp wise and needs some updating. I stayed 3 nights housekeeping stopped once the first night when I was in the room so only left towels. The beach is on the other side of the highway about a 7 min walk. Once entering the beach there is a person there that can set up chairs and an umbrella. The breakfast was inconsistent, they set it up...

「The only good thing about this place is the location, the beach is just a few steps away. It’s a shame the owner has let the property fall into such a state of neglect, the place doesn't look clean, even though they clean it. We had to change room because the AC wasn't working.」

「Great location, near everything. Room just needs a little love. Some paint peeling, cabinets don’t close all the way, some rust on the fridge, bed kind of slides, slow wifi, and the shower wets everything. Great AC though! Friendly host. Good for the price.」
