「Small but sweet perfect for two people clean updated couldn’t figure out the stove. Try to YouTube how to turn it on, but I couldn’t figure it out. Thank you for having us.」

「The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump.」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet.」

「We stayed 3 nights. The room is smack in the midst of Old Sun Juan. So expect a lot of foot traffic and vehicles on packed streets. The room its self was very nice. The balcony was beautiful. It would probably be a house inspector nightmare. Things were crooked, towel holders would fall off, exposed wires (dead), the A/C leaked a huge puddle overnight but there was also heavy rain pour so maybe it was a leak. Yes it could get noisy but that’s to be expected. It was never a time I couldn’t get to...

「Rooms and rooftop areas need a deep cleaning. Cigarette butts and a non working drink vending machine on the rooftop. Pool was closed, we weren’t informed. 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth for 2 guests, the rooms weren’t even decorated as seen in the online pictures. . No tissues, paper towels in the room or bathrooms in the building. Overall not what we saw in pictures at all! Bathroom amenities were lacking. Several hair conditioners, no body lotion. Sadly didn’t take any pictures. 」
