Tried to check in at 3pm had to wait over 45 min in their lobby before we were given the old fashion metal key. Steps going to our third floor was dangerous. No hot water for my wife’s shower at 5:30 am but I had plenty at 6:30am? Very poor neighborhood. Free shuttle was a joke ended up taking a taxi to the pier. Would not recommend this Hotel

La habitaciòn estaba sumamente limpia. El cuerto muy comodo y estcionamiento disponible gratuito. Agua caliente en todo momento y el personal muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó fue tener que salir del cuarto para planchar en el primer piso. Por todo lo demas, definitivamente regresaría.

This was one of the shortest stays. The staff was unprofessional. Elevators were not working had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with all my kids and luggage. Washers were not working. Vending machines had no supplies. Had to walk miles and miles to get a water. & when we asked them if they can at least help us in adjusting price for all the inconvenience. They did not want to help at all. Their response was sorry I can’t do anything about it and the lady kept talking on the phone. Very unprofessional do not recommend!

It was very clean. But it smelled like humid made it hard to sleep well. Needs a long mirror. Couldn’t adjust the ac. And the blower was broken. Also in order to iron you had to go downstairs to the laundry room to do it and it was really hot. I do have to stay, the staff were very nice.

The room looked like a condemned camp with bunk beds and a full size bed for two adults on their 60’s. The bedding was old and worn out. The bathroom had mold. We didn’t stay.

It took almost 10 minutes for someone to check us in, and we had to call to have them come. The rooms were very cramped and dated, with a strong musty smell, linens were neat but stained and extremely old. Air conditioning was super loud as well. Bed was uncomfortable to even sit on. It looks like everything hasn’t been renovated/changed in the last 40 years honestly. We checked out within 15 minutes of entering our rooms, there was no way we could sleep there with our children. And I’ve stayed in foreign countries in modest/budget places but this is not modest, it was just extremely poorly maintained.

Very poor quality, especially given the extremely high rate they charged. Not a box of tissues, or a small bottle of moisturiser. Unable to adjust the air conditioning, on or off - blowing directly onto the bed - helpful staff, but certainly not friendly, very very basic and for almost $200 US, beyond disappointing

Nothing like pictures The check in was terrible and the clerk took a list of all drivers license numbers and a picture and then said the next day that was not there practice and it did not happen. No vending machines that worked on bed did not have clean sheets. Hair dryer did not work and had bare wires exposed in bathroom. Not clean Not safe and No service. Please remove from your site.
