「It was great experience all around」

「The vallet guys were awesome and the front desk as well , my only issue is that we were in the 10th floor , right below the restaurant so we can here everything all day all night and the room was next to the elevator. Also they never changed my bed sheets not once other than that the hotel and location were beautiful.」

「Hi, the staff were very friendly—no complaints about that. The room service was always prompt; however, the public swimming pool is located at the hotel. It’s very disgusting and poorly maintained. White debris, hair, and murky water are throughout the pool and the hot tub. It caused a rash to break out all over my body. Sadly, I did not want to go to the pool again, and the pool looked very dirty given the price of this stay and the all-inclusive package. I would expect more to be offered; food...
