「Very dirty No hot water noisy from the pub The bed frame is shaking. very terrible experience 」

「Staff are nice Location is good However PR is having water supply problem and it affects visiting experience a loooooooot! Weeks without water supply rely on water tanks No toilets available nearby ,Even in the Restaurants ,bars and parks , everyone have to use the dry toilets and not even able to shower after going to the beach I can’t really expect that would happen in an ISLAND with tropical rainforests like Puerto Rico」

「Excelente Servicio y jóvenes muy amables 5 star's a group」

「The air conditioning in the rooms worked super well, communal spaces were clean and perfect for regular needs.」

「Limpieza 100/100 el cuarto y su toque decorativo hermoso me gusto , volvería de nuevo !」
