"I stay here every year and it never disappoints. However, I have one complaint as this was my first stay where we had to use the sofa bed. For rooms with one bed and says it sleeps 3 people, you need to use the sofa bed which would have been fine if it was comfortable to sleep in. I have never slept on something so uncomfortable in my life! It was literally rock hard I woke up aching and cracking every morning it was not enjoyable at alll! This place makes hella money the least they could is upgrade their sofa beds. It was awful. I’m never doing that again I will definitely be getting 2 beds next time. Also, I don’t think it’s fair you pay all this money to stay there and they charge $120 of you want to check in early. If a room is available then it’s available, why do we need to pay extra? Idk just weird to me. Other than that, we always enjoy our stay here."

"this hotel could not have been in a better location!! it’s only a street or two away from anything you want to do in old san juan, whether that’s bar hopping or shopping or exploring the historical areas. the room is clean and the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful! hotel armas will be the first place i check availability for the next time im in old san juan."

"The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because our shower kept stopping up. Also, the temper glass door bursted and cut my husband. Not bad, but it could’ve been worst. Other than that, I actually love La Concha. That was my second time staying and it did not disappoint."
