Check in process was easy other than the fact that your check in information was hidden with your deposit information. It wasn’t sent separately. My stay was a little disappointing because I was promised a few amenities that weren’t in my room. I booked the standard room, same as my friends but my room looked nothing like theirs. I think the hotel was under renovation which was fine, but I should’ve been discounted because what was promised was not given. False advertisement.

This is one of the BEST stays ever. Old world Spanish colonial charm with modern day luxury. The building is a centrally located gem w classic European interior courtyard and palm trees. Fully stocked kitchen w coffee and creamers! A large high ceiling one bedroom duplex loft, separate kitchen & dining, living room w sofa , chairs and large TV, wide modern stairs leading up to a large bedroom, suitable for extended stay. Two large floor to window balcony doors open to a long balcony w/ spectacular views of Old city. Large clean bathroom w plenty of towels! The vintage tile througout the apartment is to die for! You could make a speech on the balcony a la Evita Peron! Only thing I would add is a closet!! There is definitely space for one. Other than that it was perfection,we would 100% stay only here again: I would reccommend it to anyone traveling to Puerto Rico.

The building features an attractive blend of colonial and modern styles and is situated in a prime location. My stay in unit #12, however, was disappointing. Water from the air conditioning unit leaked excessively, and when I arrived, there was already a bucket placed to collect it. Unfortunately, not all of the water ended up in the bucket, leaving the floor wet as well. Signs of humidity, mold, and water stains indicated that this issue had been ongoing. Additionally, the room’s design included two round (and one square) holes in the wall leading to the adjacent room, separated only by painted frosted plexiglass. This setup made it easy to hear everything happening next door.

There was a lot to do close by. The building is fine and the rooms are fine. Our room had a broken AC and it was incredibly hot, when speaking with a staff they said they knew, which made me angry they didn't disclose this information. They put 2 fans in our room, which is how we already knew they knew about this issue. Our friends rooms did not have any fans and working AC. The hotel did refund, but it made for a long HOT night after a full day of travel.

Our room had 3 plastic covers between the room next to us. When they turned their lights on, our room was super bright. Additionally we could hear everything they said. We were n room 15. Additionally our room leaked when it rained! Ugh

No air in our room when we arrived. Offered a 50% discount (which we have still not received). The room was nice enough and staff seemed friendly and apologetic. However, there was a fan going so whoever cleaned our room knew the air was out. It was not a great start to our vacation after a long day of travel.
