「Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. The cement around the pool is chipping and hurts to walk on. An awesome free breakfast. We ate lunch 3 times from the pool bar and had dinner 4 times in the lobby. All meals were excellent. Room was big, but slightly dated (didn't bother us). We heard no noise of other rooms. We went mainly for a nice beach and nice pools. I would...

「The food was terrible. I ordered chicken tenders and fries from the bar. The tenders looked like they had been baked and then burned in a pan instead of dropped in a fryer. They were stuck together and raw in places. The fries were baked as well. The grab and go fruit on the breakfast bar were rotten. Pool was nice, hotel was clean, staff was helpful and nice.」

「We had a nice time and enjoyed our time at Villa del Sol. The the hotel was quaint, in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The common areas were nice and relaxing. The guests we had contact with were friendly. The staff was very friendly! Our overall experience was good. We would stay here again. The only thing that kept us from giving a excellent review we that the bed was a bit too soft and should be updated.」

「While the room setup itself looks like the photos online and is very cute, I’ve run into a number of issues. The Wi-Fi is very unreliable. It works only sometimes, and because of that, the TV only connects occasionally. Also you have to throw the toilet paper in the trash as the toilet cannot flush toilet paper. When I arrived, the window had been left open and there were small bugs on the counter, which I assume may have been due to the window being open. I also noticed what looked like a paint...
