「The unit was clean, cool and comfy. It's at the heart of Condado where almost every basic thing you need to get is just walking distance. The internet was slow with many interruptions, though. Our last night, the whole area didn't have power and there was no generator. A bit of a scare coz our phones were running out of juices. But the lights return on time around midnight just enough time to charge all our phones and electronic gadgets. Response to customer service call was quick but not all...

「Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay! The communication between us and the host was spectacular. We had a few questions throughout the week and were always answered in a prompt manner. Ahead of time we were told the pool was not available but got access to another pool that was in walking distance and got reimbursed for the pass immediately. Definitely recommend for a family or group of friends to enjoy this spot! 」
