"The Condado Vanderbilt is a beautiful hotel in a great location. There were two excellent restaurants within two blocks of the hotel. It was easy to get from the airport and to the hotel, and from the hotel to Old San Juan (only about 2.5 miles away). The beach was accessible and there were chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel there. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"It seems that owners are not investing in renewing original room items like blind curtains (mine was broken very noticebly) and overall room furshing shows rhe passage of age with no effort in replacing. Room cleaning staff did not replaced simple items like shower soap/gel. Breakfast offered extemely limited. Not even boiled eggs were offered. The staff was kind, parking pricey but good, and hotel location superb. It's a shame that a recently built hotel (less than 20 years old) so well located is not being taken care of the way it should be. Would I'll stay again? Possibly, in the absence of a better $ deal somewhere else depending on the season."

"The air condition was effective. The staff made delicious coffee. They had a beautiful patio and elevator. The whole property was decorated beautifully. We’re very accommodating friendly. Extra helpful like when a bit above and beyond, walked me down to my car helped me with my issue made me feel very at home"
